Working out a list of 12-hour clock times where the clock hand (Q2827871) are overlapping:

Description of my 'naive step' method. 

* Start from 12:00 (≅ 60)
* Tick down hour hand by 1
* Tick down minute hand by 5
* Repeat until 01

Cleaning up yields the final list:


Remarks: the effectiveness of the naive approach remains to be seen.

A noted pattern in the Δ spreads: 3 2 2 1
